Subscriptions
Subscription Terms
How StoreSync test access, trials, payment methods, renewals, cancellations and add-ons work.
1. Who these terms apply to
These Subscription Terms apply to organisation customers, owners and billing administrators who start a trial, choose a plan, add a payment method, purchase add-ons or manage billing for StoreSync.
They form part of the StoreSync Terms of Service.
2. Business subscription
StoreSync subscriptions are intended for businesses and organisations, not personal or household use. By subscribing, you confirm that you are acting for a business or organisation and have authority to bind it.
3. Trial
StoreSync may offer test access or a trial before general release. Unless we state otherwise, one trial is available per organisation. We may refuse, withdraw or limit trials where we suspect misuse, duplicate trials, fraud or abuse.
A payment method is required at signup unless we agree otherwise in writing.
4. Automatic renewal after trial
Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your selected plan automatically continues as a paid subscription after the trial. Your payment method will be charged according to your selected plan, add-ons, billing period, taxes and any checkout confirmation.
Subscriptions then automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal.
5. Payment method and payment provider
Payments and payment methods are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we use. StoreSync does not store full card numbers. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your payment method for subscription fees, add-ons, taxes and other amounts due.
6. Plans, limits and modules
Plans may vary by included users, included sites, roles, groups, module access, support, onboarding and add-on availability. The plan details shown during signup, checkout, in-app billing or an agreed written order take priority over general marketing pages.
7. Add-ons
Add-ons may include extra sites, users, groups, custom roles or future additional modules. Site add-ons may also increase staff/user capacity based on the selected plan level.
Add-ons may be charged immediately, prorated, charged at the next renewal, or handled according to the checkout/in-app billing confirmation.
8. Upgrades and downgrades
You may be able to upgrade, downgrade or change add-ons through the billing area. Changes may take effect immediately, at the next billing period, or on another date shown during confirmation.
Downgrading may remove access to features, sites, groups, roles, users, capacity or add-ons that exceed the lower plan’s limits.
9. Cancellation
You can cancel future renewals from the billing area where available or by contacting support at support@storesync.uk. Cancellation stops future renewal. It does not automatically refund amounts already paid unless required by law or agreed by us.
If you cancel during a trial before it ends, the paid subscription should not start. If you cancel a paid subscription, access normally continues until the end of the current paid billing period unless we tell you otherwise.
10. Failed payments
If payment fails, we may retry payment, contact you, restrict access, suspend the subscription, cancel the subscription, or remove paid features. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts.
11. Taxes and currency
Prices may be exclusive of VAT or other taxes unless stated otherwise. You are responsible for applicable taxes, duties and charges. Currency conversions displayed in StoreSync may be estimates until confirmed by the payment provider or checkout.
12. Refunds
Unless we expressly state otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we choose to provide a refund at our discretion. A discretionary refund does not create a right to future refunds.
13. Price and plan changes
We may change pricing, add-ons, plan limits or plan structures. Where a change affects an existing paid subscription, we will aim to give reasonable notice unless the change is caused by tax, legal, regulatory, currency, payment-provider, security or urgent operational reasons.
If you do not agree to a price change, you can cancel before the change takes effect.
14. Billing contact
Billing questions can be sent to support@storesync.uk.
